HOW DOES THIS WORK?

 

For most packages, you will get a personalized plan laid out 4 weeks at a time. This will come after you complete a few screening tasks, including one fitness assessment that will be used at the end of the program compare improvement. You will receive access to our workout video library, and anything else mentioned in the package you chose. You will be responsible for scheduling your private sessions and booking your group sessions. You will be reached out to for nutrition coaching session scheduling. Our coach will do their best to work around your schedule (within reason).

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, and PayPal (currently for PayPal processing please contact us). Should you need to set up another form of payment, contact us so we can see how we can help!

 

WHAT’S THE NEXT STEP AFTER COMPLETING MY PURCHASE?

 

After purchase, you will be reached out to, usually within 1 business day, by email. You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire that your coach will use to create a customized plan or (in the case of group coaching) added to the appropriate group. You will also be asked during the initial training sessions to submit a 3-5 day complete food log. You will also be asked to sign a waiver and submit startup photos. You will receive your coaching intro email 1-3 days after receipt of your completed questionnaire, signed waiver, and photos, which will then begin the fitness and nutrition programming experience.

HOW DO I COMMUNICATE WITH MY COACH?

 

You will be expected to check in with your coach at least twice per week by email (please note that your coach will do their best to proactively reach out to you, however they will always be available via email). Should you have any additional question or concern throughout the week, there are no limits on how often you can reach out to your coach by email.

All communication will be performed over email. (social media and text messaging is at the discretion and privacy preference of the coach). We can work with clients from across the United States, as well as internationally (including over 50 countries worldwide).

WILL MY COACH HELP PLAN MY MEALS?

 

Most of our online coaching plans do provide specific meal planning designed by a Certified Nutrition Coach. With all plans we provide a list of acceptable foods, sample grocery lists, the approximate amounts to eat at each meal and the timing of meals based around your needs (calories, protein, fats, carbs). That said, to be clear the Coach is a fitness coach and not a sports nutritionist or Registered Dietician. You can take comfort in knowing that all our online fitness coach does ample have experience providing nutrition counseling on the plan you will be provided.

WILL MY COACH OFFER PERSONAL COUNSELING?

 

Our online coaching and programming does not provide specialized psychological counseling, this is simply outside of our scope or practice. We do however offer Mental Toughness Training, and Behavior Change sessions. Our coach is firstly a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach. Our focus is on your physical performance and providing proper nutrition to ensure you move and feel your best. Plans are primarily diet/training plans for improving sports performance and/or altering body composition. We do however provide coaching in behavior and lifestyle modification within the scope of a fitness professional and life coach.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

 

No, we do not offer refunds at this time. We do strive to give you the best possible training experience, and go far beyond every goal you have. However, we do recognize that fitness and nutrition plans are not guaranteed. It will be up to you to determine how much you get out of this investment.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIFIC MEDICAL CONDITION?

 

Despite our coach’s incredible expertise, there are certain medical conditions that we CANNOT work with and will refer you to a medical specialist in person for some clients. We would love to be able to help everybody that reaches out to us, but unfortunately we cannot and have to refer to your primary medical provider in certain instances. If you have any questions about a specific medical condition please contact us for details. Please note: Our Nutrition Coach CANNOT work with anybody that has been diagnosed with an Eating Disorder at any point in their life. WHAT IF I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION RIGHT AWAY?

 

Confirmation emails are sent out shortly after order is completed. Please be sure to check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder as sometimes our emails are sent there. If you still didn’t receive a confirmation email please contact us.
