8AM - energy levels are normal, however, I'm a bit slower to get moving.12 hours into the fast. It's time to workout and get some work done.

9AM - noon - focus and energy are close to normal, workout went quite well.

1PM-4PM - My energy and focus stayed up. A cup of black tea bolstered my energy and I was able to complete my work and be alert.

5PM-7:30PM - The last stretch wasn't bad today. This has typically been where my mental capacity, energy, and mood are at their lowest levels. Today that was not the case, I maintained a decent focus. My frustration level was not super high today. We will see tomorrow how I hold up.

7:30PM- FINALLY FOOD!

Today's meal:

Tacos and a smoothie☺

8 tacos

8AM - energy levels are lower. 12 hours into the fast. It's time to workout and get some work done.

9AM - noon - focus and energy are less, but my workout went well.

1PM-4PM - My energy and focus plummet. I drank a cup of black tea to try to bolster some resistance to the energy deficit but it was no use.

5PM-7:30PM - The last stretch, has remained the hardest. This has been where my mental capacity, energy, and mood are at their lowest levels. Today in particular, my frustration level started to rise. We will see tomorrow, if this is the rise of hangry. I've held out a lot longer than expected with regards to getting hangry.

7:30PM- FINALLY FOOD!

Today's meal:

Chicken wraps, fries, and a cup of milk☺

Today I was fully ready for the food and ate it all with ease.

8AM - energy levels are relatively normal. 12 hours into the fast. It's time to workout and get some work done.

9AM - noon - energy levels feel higher, workout went smoothly, focus is average.

1PM-4PM - I'm starting to crash mentally but this is nothing new. Early afternoon is where my recharge is necessary. At this point I've had roughly half of a gallon of water and a cup of black tea to refuel my mental processes.

5PM-7:30PM - The last stretch, I've noticed is the hardest. This has been, for both days where my mental capacity, energy, and mood arenat their lowest levels.

7:30PM- FINALLY FOOD!

Today's meal:

Tostada's and a Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie ☺

This combination hit all of my macros for approximately 2000 calories.

Because my workouts are so intense, and typically burn anywhere from 5-1500 calories, I need every bite of these meals. What I'm finding, at least today, is it was actually reaching my limit to eat all of this.

Hypothesis: my stomach will have shrunk at the end of this.

1= Can't...go...on

10= LET'S GOOOO!

Energy: 7.5

Strength: 7.5

Stamina: 6
