How We Train
We utilize many different kinds of modalities in our training. It can be anything from bodyweight movements to barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, to things like sandbags, rope, yolks, hammers, maceballs and resistance bands. What you have available is what we will use to help you lose weight, gain incredible strength, and become the legend at home, work, or just around your neighborhood. Move in ways you never imagined.
