How We Train

Are you bored with how you've trained before? At N.D.Y. Training our coaching technique includes many different forms of training to make sure you're ability to perform is at it's all time high. 

We utilize many different kinds of modalities in our training. It can be anything from bodyweight movements to barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, to things like sandbags, rope, yolks, or resistance bands. What you have available is what we will use to help you lose weight, gain incredible strength, and become the legend at home, work, or just around your neighborhood.
